StorageLux provides storage solutions, including but not limited to:

• Store by Box , storage of packed boxes.

• Store by Item - storage of individual or bulky items.

• Short-Term Storage - flexible temporary storage solutions.

• Company Services - archiving, IT equipment storage, and related services.

 

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our sole discretion.

 

4. Pricing and Payments

 

All pricing is displayed on our website and may vary based on the type of service and duration. Payments must be completed using the available methods at checkout. StorageLux reserves the right to adjust or update pricing, with changes taking effect from the following calendar year.

 

5. User Responsibilities

 

Customers agree to: Provide accurate information when booking services. Use the storage services only for permitted items (see exclusions on our website). Comply with safety and packaging requirements (e.g., maximum box size and double-wall packaging).

 

StorageLux reserves the right to refuse service if items are deemed unsafe, unlawful, or unsuitable for storage.

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

All content, design, and branding on www.storagelux.lu are the property of StorageLux and protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

 

7. Insurance & Liability

 

StorageLux is committed to the safety and security of all stored items. In the unlikely event of loss or damage caused by incidents outside of our control (e.g., fire, theft, flooding, or other unforeseen events), your items are covered under an industry-standard insurance policy comparable to similar storage providers.

 

Coverage is limited to the declared value of your items at the time of booking, up to the maximum insured amount stated in our insurance policy. Customers are encouraged to ensure their items are adequately valued when booking and may obtain additional insurance at their own expense if desired. StorageLux shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses beyond the insured coverage.

8. Suspension and Termination

 

StorageLux reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customer’s access to services if they violate these T&C, misuse services, or engage in unlawful activities.

 

9. Changes to the Terms

 

We may update these T&C from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the updated T&C.

 

10. Governing Law

 

These T&C are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Luxembourg.
